Culture Con Sponsorship Collateral

Square is one of those companies that truly lives its mission of Economic Empowerment. In Fall of 2021, Square sponsored Culture Con — a virtual conference for BIPOC creators and entrepreneurs. As is true for many sponsored events, the creative team was tasked with creating a pre-talk film and a digital brochure in 10 working days. We took the opportunity to create a brand reel that highlights some of the most inspiring work we’ve created over the last few years. What was the impact? Well, when an attendee from the conference doggedly seeks out your recruiters and eventually brings their talent as a full time employee to your team, I’d say it had the impact we had hoped for.

The digital brochure used existing editorial content as a mini-business fundamentals guide for the Culture Con attendees. It also gave us an opportunity to explore our new secondary color palette in a low stakes test.
